Job Responsibilities:
- Verify finished product labels before issuance and manage label inventory.
- Support internal audits to ensure compliance with cGMP/SOP.
- Investigate deviations, out-of-specifications (OOS), and customer complaints.
- Prepare, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance of dispatches, including label approval, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and packaging.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Conduct in-process checks and execute product releases.
- Support sample arrangement and maintain document archival.
- Perform visual inspections and maintain safety standards.
- Use SAP software
- Report process updates to the QA Supervisor.
