We are looking for Warehouse & Logistic Staff that will be placed at one of our business unit (oil & lubricant distributor).

Job Title: Warehouse and Logistic Staff
Placement: Head Office - South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees stock checks, maintaining records, and ensuring warehouse are well-organized for efficient retreival and dispatching of goods
2. Developing delivery routines, managing daily routes and schedule of shipments/deliveries, tracking progress of shipments
3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to transport & shipment
4. Dealing with problems such as delivery delays or supply shortages
5. Analyzing datas to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

1. Min Education: SMK/SMA
2. Min 2 years of experience as warehouse/logistic staff on FMCG or manufacturing industries (mandatory)
3. Proficient on using Ms. Office (especially Ms Excel) for reporting purposes is a must
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Willing to work on a starts up setting with high mobility to travel around cities
