HMNS is hiring: Research & Development Formulation Specialist
Placement: Central Jakarta

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the R&D department, specifically in fragrance or cosmetics formulation and development
✅ Proficiency in formulation techniques, raw material function, and regulatory standards for the beauty industry (BPOM, Kemenkes, Halal)
✅ Experience conducting stability testing, compatibility assessments, and sensory evaluations
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize formulations and troubleshoot development challenges
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain documentation
✅ Passion for the fragrance, cosmetic, and beauty industry, with interest in creating innovative and impactful products
✅ On-site (Work From Office)
