Requirements:
1.  Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in customs, trade compliance, or EXIM operations.
3. Strong understanding of customs procedures, international trade laws, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee customs clearance for import and export products.
2. Ensure accurate classification and valuation of goods for tariffs and taxes.
3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to plan for import/export needs.
4. Prepare and review import/export documents, such as invoices, certificates of origin, etc
5. Keep detailed records of customs declarations and tax payments.
6. Coordinate with logistics agents for clearance and transportation.
7. Fully understand and stay updated on import and export regulations to/from Indonesia.
8. Visit governmental bodies as necessary to facilitate and expedite processes.
9. Maintain competitive pricing for clearance and logistics costs.

Min Require:
1. Bachelor Degree or above from Food Technology, Food Science, Food Industry, Fish Technology, Agriculture, Science (Biology/Chemist)
2. Min 3 years of experience as a QA Manager or 5 years as a QA Supervisor in the food business, specifically frozen food, is a must.
3. Deep Understand & Implement GMP+, SSOP, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP and FSSC22000 - Halal Assurance System

Job Scope:
1. Accomplishes Quality Assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by implementing a high standard of GMP and HACCP food safety management systems.
3. Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
4. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis and monitoring procedures.
5. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.


Direct Report to Central Quality Assurance & Halal Compliance Senior Manager.
