Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Mengelola dan mengendalikan seluruh dokumen proyek, baik itu dokumen teknis, administratif, maupun kontrak.
• Menyusun, mendistribusikan, dan mengarsipkan dokumen proyek sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
• Mengatur sistem pengelolaan dokumen untuk memastikan akses yang mudah dan pencarian dokumen yang efisien.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek (engineering, procurement, dan konstruksi) untuk memastikan kelancaran aliran dokumen.
• Memastikan seluruh dokumen yang diproses sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur perusahaan serta peraturan terkait.
• Menyusun laporan status dokumen dan memastikan pengawasan dokumen dalam proyek sesuai jadwal.
• Mengelola aliran dokumen antara klien, kontraktor, dan pihak ketiga lainnya.
• Menyediakan dukungan administrasi untuk tim proyek, termasuk mempersiapkan dokumen untuk presentasi atau review.
• Memastikan bahwa semua dokumen revisi dan edisi terbaru disebarkan dengan benar kepada pihak terkait
Kualifikasi:
• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi, Teknik, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di posisi Dokumen Control dalam proyek EPC.
• Pengalaman dalam menggunakan software manajemen dokumen (misalnya: Aconex, Procore, Sharepoint, dll).
• Memahami prosedur dan standar pengelolaan dokumen proyek konstruksi.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
• Teliti, mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat, dan memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap detail.
• Keterampilan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan aplikasi lainnya yang relevan.
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi.
