Job Description:
- Ensure that stock data in the system matches the physical condition of the goods in the warehouse.
- Accurately and promptly input incoming and outgoing goods data.
- Verify goods received from suppliers according to the delivery note or invoice.
- Record the receipt of goods into the system.
- Organize goods according to categories (type, size, color, etc.) for easier storage and retrieval.
- Prepare goods according to customer or outlet orders.
- Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports related to warehouse activities.
Ensure all activities comply with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK), preferably in logistics, administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration (preferably in the fashion industry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or warehouse management software (WMS).
- Understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Familiarity with barcode/scanning systems.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Residing in South Jakarta (preferred).
