Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/related field
2. Has proven end-to-end experience as a Recruiter for a variety of roles for at least 1-2 year (previous experience in headhunting company is preferred)
3. Has experience in GA is a plus
4. Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across department
5. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
5. Familiarity with Ms. Office and other office software

Job Summary:
As an HR Officer, you will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment for across department, handle day-to-day HR operation activities, and support in procurement activities along with GA team.

2. Experience 3 years in Warehouse, Logistic, PPIC or supply chain management as foreman/supervisor

Job Description :

• Manage warehouse and logistic with total more than 1000 pallet positions (internal + external WH)
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determine product handling, storage requirement, equipment utilization, inventory, gate process and shipping method.
• Overview inbound, storage and outbound warehouse activity.
• Control overtime cost, consumable cost and distribution cost.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy and mapping lay out of warehouse.
• Train and manage warehouse team to solve day to day operations issue and reach short and long term performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review productivity teams, man power and administrations.
• Maintain safety and healthy work environment.
• Arrange and control delivery FG to customers.
• Coordinate with other department (R&D, QAQC, Production, Engineering SCM) for improvement in the warehouse.
• Creates a report in daily, weekly and monthly basis
