We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the EPC company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Previous experience working on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is required.
• Strong understanding of international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Certification in HSE-related courses (such as NEBOSH or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Here is more details of this position:

Key Responsibilities:
a. Execute the production process as per SOPs, work instructions, and associated documentation while implementing an effective record-keeping system for related activities.
b. Prepare equipment and machinery for upcoming production runs to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
c. Perform cleaning and sanitization of cosmetic production machinery, diligently recording the results to maintain quality control.
d. Accurately weigh raw materials in accordance with work instructions and document the results in the appropriate records.
e. Conduct processing and sampling activities per work instructions, ensuring all results are accurately recorded in relevant documents.
f. Manage the filling and packaging of products, along with sampling procedures, in compliance with established work instructions, and ensure all results are thoroughly documented.
g. Store finished products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper handling and inventory management.
h. Operate machinery and equipment following related work instruction documents to guarantee safety and operational efficiency.
i. Conduct environmental monitoring as scheduled, in line with relevant documentation, to maintain compliance with quality standards.
j. Execute cleaning and sanitation of production areas according to a designated schedule to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
k. Report and address discrepancies encountered during the production process as directed by the cosmetic production staff, following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:
a. Minimum of a Vocational School Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
b. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
c. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
d. Candidates should be no older than 25 years of age.
e. Must be willing to work in Cikarang.
