Logistic Admin:
Supports the logistics team by handling administrative tasks such as creating invoices, tax, delivery orders, data entry, inventory tracking, order processing, and coordinating with suppliers and carriers. Ensures all documentation is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree any major, related in logistics field is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics administration.
- Knowledge in logistics and inventory management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel) and logistics software.
- Initiative, fast learner, interpersonal skill & teamwork
- Detail-oriented, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Can join ASAP is preferred
Warehouse Admin:
Responsible for administrative tasks within the warehouse, including inventory management, data entry, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Ensures accurate record-keeping and supports the warehouse team to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree any major
- At least 2 years experience as warehouse admin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel) & inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Can join ASAP is preferred
