Open Vacancy : Business Excellence Staff / Continuous Improvement Staff
PT Abbott Indonesia

Responsibility :
• Managing continuous improvement task & best practice
• Setting target and review monthly best practice and their implementation
• Managing evaluation event best practice and task
• Anlyzing and identify wastes and implement process improvement
• Deliver cost reduction action plan from best practice
• Giving training and coaching for best practice report


Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering/ Statistic or equivalent (Min. GPA 3.00)
• Preferable has 1 year experience in Process Improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Digital Transformation)
• Have knowledge on Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
• Experience in training/ coaching for improvement task
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel Macro preferred) & Power Bi
• Required language(s): English
