SALES ADMIN
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced/fresh-grads individual to join our Sales team at PT Gooritss Indonesia Sejahtera. If you have passion in Administration, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Position : Sales Admin
Location : 88 Office Tower Lt. 20, Kota Kasablanka, Tebet, South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate sales activities with sales team
• Communicate with suppliers regarding products and shipment
• Follow up customer's requests, maintains existing working relationships, provides consultations to customers
• Manage organized documentation in sales and customers
• Prepare sales report and stock report
Qualification:
• Hold a minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have good analytical and detail oriented person
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good PC and software skills.

2. SEPCOIII LUMUT BALAI UNIT2 GEOTHERMAL POWER PLANT PROJECT
We are bow hiring for:
PROCUREMENT/PURCHASING ENGINEER.
Duties 🔔 :
- In charge of the management of the vendors; In charge of submit the qualified vendor to the Owner to Review and approve.
- In charge of prepare and submit the MAR (material approve request) to the Owner to get approval.
- In charge of material purchasing. (Prepare BOQ, get quotations, make PO, release payment. etc.)
Qualification Requirements 🔔 :
- Language: Fluent in writing and verbal English and Indonesian.
- Software: Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel.
- 3 years of procurement Experience; More than 1 year experience in equipment or material procurement for power plants or similar projects(important) ；
- Familiarity with engineering equipment and materials markets and pricing;
- Procurement negotiation and bargaining ability.
Work Location:
Lumut Balai Geothermal Power Plant Project, MUARA ENIM, SUMATRA SELATAN
