Requirement:
1) Min education D3 in Cooking or equivalent.
2) Have a cooking certificate.
3) Have the ability to analyze research data and product trials to make the right decision about product development.
4) Have the ability to think creatively in developing new recipe and products in an innovative & attractive way for cunsomers.
5) Understands the characteristics of raw materials and test F&B products
6) Familiar with non halal products
Job Description:
1) Research and directly review the production process for trials (food, sauce & seasoning).
2) Develop new recipes and improve existing products to suits cunsomer needs and meet quality and food safety standards.
3) Develop attractive and functional product packaging to maintan product quality and safety during storage and distribution.
4) Product trial kitchen
5) Trial production
6) Production planning, PO production
7) Material forecasting, raw materials trial, raw material product costing
8) Panel test product
9) Information collection and idea exploration
10) Technology research and experiments
