1. Career Opportunity: Contract Logistics Management Trainee
Join PT. We are currently offering a career opportunity in the Contract Logistics Department for the position of:
Contract Logistics Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
Execute assigned tasks and provide support in day-to-day operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
Observe and learn from seasoned staff members.
Acquire an understanding of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Assist managers in performance evaluations, involving report writing, data analysis, or presentations.
Engage in corporate strategic planning.
Achieve the objectives and targets set at the commencement of the traineeship.
Prepare documents and maintain records.
Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings as an observer.
Travel to different offices, warehouses, or projects as needed to actively participate in daily operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in management, business, information systems, engineering, or a related field; other majors will be considered.
-Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) for daily communication.
-Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.
-Strong attention to detail.
-A positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning.
-Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver's license (Class C/A).
