Role Description
This contract-based position as Procurement Administrator is an on-site role located in Cibubur. The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing products and services, negotiating contracts, and working with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. Other key responsibilities may involve maintaining and updating procurement documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and utilizing procurement software systems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain Management, or a related field
•At least 3 years of experience working in a procurement
•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
•Proficient in using procurement software systems and Microsoft Office programs
•Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures
•Attention to detail and strong organization skills
•Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
