Job description:
- Handling end-to-end payroll roughly 300 employees
- Responsible in compensation and benefit.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Administering offering letter, employment contract, and renewal contract.
Requirements:
- Possess bachelor degree in psychology, human resources management, law, or related degree.
- Having minimum 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having knowledge in payroll, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Having knowledge in canva and microsoft office.
- Preferably can join immediately.

- Male, min height of 165 cm, max 27 YO
- D3/S1 any major with experience in the field related to materials management or planning management in manufacturing process min. 2 years
- Strong Communication - coordinate skill & ability to execute, adapt in different situation, eager to learn new things
- Proficient in using Ms Excell (understanding IF function, Look Up and Pivot will be a plus point)
- Understanding or being proficient in English or/and Japanese will be a consideration
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java (Surya Cipta, city of industry)
