Responsibilities:
- Reviewing claims from branches and forwarding them to the principal.
- Reclaiming rejected claims, making payments, and managing outstanding claims.
- Communicating and providing support to branches and the principal regarding claims.
- Monitoring claim payments and receivables.
- Confirming the status of outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or management.
- Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience in finance, particularly in a distribution company.
- Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in computer usage, especially in Excel.
- Good communication skills, including effective communication with internal (branches) and external (principal) parties.
- Placement at the Head Office (South Jakarta).
