Position Overview:
Administrative Assistant will be a key support role within the legal team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and organized functioning of legal processes and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and a keen interest in the legal-tech industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 from all major;
- Minimum 1 years of experience;
- Domiciled in JABODETABEK;
- Proven experience in legal administration or a similar administrative role;
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal database software;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Placement in Jakarta Selatan.
Job Description and Detail:
- Assist in the organization and management of legal documents. Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping.
- Coordinate and manage legal team calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and court dates. Provide timely reminders.
- Facilitate communication between legal team members and other departments. Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and handling routine correspondence.
- Assist in ensuring legal compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and assisting in the preparation of compliance reports.
- Maintain and update legal databases, ensuring accurate and organized storage of legal documents and information.
