SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION
Placement : Delta silicon 8 Cikarang
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any majoring
- Responsibility
- Critical thinking
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Production SPV in a Food Industry
- Have good analytical skills, Leadership skills & Communication skills
- Understand GMP, HACCP, 5R, & Halal Assurance (HAS 23000), FSSC 22000, and Food Safety
- Able to speak English well
- Able to work shifting
- Able To interview Offline
Responsibilities:
- Making schedules for employees/production operators every day.
- Notify reports of employees/operators who are absent from work.
- Responsible for the performance of employees/operators.
- Responsible for supervising the cleanliness of all production rooms, tools used and individual employees to avoid product contamination.
- Checking and sending production report documents to the Factory Manager.
- Supervise and check on every machine used for production according to production or not.
- Supervise employees or operators working according to good procedures or not.
- Responsible for production plans and production operations.
