Job Descriptions:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with Dept Head for recruitment process
- Handle Communication with Head hunter and job portal.
- Collect all hiring documents needed
- Update process in Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct Background check Process
- Psikotest process with external and internal.
- Monitoring recruitment progress and solving related issues
- PKWT
- Responsible for induction prosess.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in English
- Have experience in head hunter company is priority.
- Placement: Cikarang area
