Job Description:
- Responsible of fulfilment ManPower Request
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, until onboarding
- Build and maintain applicant database by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites.
- Manage and maintain job portal.
- Understand about assessment tools
- Monitoring recruitment progress and recruitment report
- Maintain and update new employee data and related document

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Well organized and good clerical ability
- Excellent Communication and coordination needed
- Passionate about people and taking care of the organization
- Thorough with data and administrative tasks
- Proactive with good initiative
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- At least 1 of working experience as Recruitment Staff (freshgraduate with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Experience in Retail preferable
- Able to join ASAP
