- Scanning payment document
- Inputting all transaction & payment to system
- Compiling invoices and document

- Experience minimal 1-2 years as Customer Service in Life Insurance industry or banking
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal & non verbal)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem Solving oriented
- Energic, talkative, proactive and friendly
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Able to operate Ms. Excel
- Dress neatly
