Bumi Nusantara Group currently looking for “Procurement Staff” (Placement in SCBD, Jakarta).
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Officer, or similar role.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferred by the hospitality industry .
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Description
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices,
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
