1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
2. Fresh graduates from reputable universities
3. Willing to work in Cilamaya, Karawang
4. The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
5. Capable to work effectively and precisely with minimum supervision
6. Has a mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan to achieve the target
7. Good communication, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
8. Fluent in the use of MS. Office Programs
