HR & GA SUPERVISOR
Located in East Java.
As HR & GA Supervisor, you will be responsible in overseeing HR Operation & GA Management. To deliver best performance, you should meet some qualifications below :
- Holds a Bachelor or Master Degree of Psychology / HR Management / Law / Industrial Engineering.
- Experience as HR Generalist / HR Business partner (SPV Level) at least 3 years or more (prefereable from Manufacturing Industry with min 500 employees).
- Experience in Industrial Relation, Compliance Regulatory & Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent in HR Data Analytics & having experience in HR Information System (HRIS).
- Experience in handling HR Service Administration (Personnel Management, Payroll Service, BPJS, HR Reporting & Legal documents)
- People Oriented & Result driven.
- Excellent in Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Possess related HR Certification (ie BNSP or else) will be added value
