- Have excellent communication, creative problem-solving skills, and relationship building
- Proactive and have high initiative
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle HR administrative
- Responsible for offer letter, contract, and other HR documents
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee data (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days)
- Assist HR manager in carrying out their duties
