We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.
 
We are looking for qualified candidates for the position below:

1. Rig Manager (Onshore/ Indonesian)
· Have 10 years of experience in the same position
· Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
· Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore
· Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency systems and procedures
· Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
· Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig practices
· Legislative safe work practice knowledge
· Practical knowledge on budgeting and cost control
· Able to work under pressure/time management
· Proficiency in English (written & oral)

2.  Rig Superintendent (onshore)
· Have 5 – 10 years of experience in the same position
· Have valid IADC certification
· Have valid Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB) Migas certification
· Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore operations
· Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
· Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
· Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
· Legislative safe work practice knowledge
· Able to work under pressure & by shift
· Proficient in English (written & oral)
· Have respect from all crews and respect and support crews

3. Tour Pusher (Onshore)
· Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
· Have valid IADC certification
· Have valid Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB) Migas certification
· Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore operation
· Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
· Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
· Proficient in English (written & oral)
 
4. Driller (Onshore)
· Minimum 5 years in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Drilling Industry
· Minimum High School graduates or equivalent.
· Have valid IADC certification
· Have valid Juru Bor (JB) Migas certification
· Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for onshore operation
·  Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures 
·  Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment  handling 
·  Legislative safe work practice knowledge
