1. HR ADMIN & PAYROLL
Job Overview:
We are seeking an avid detail oriented and pleasant personality for HR admin & payroll with main activities as below:
Administering and managing payroll processes: This involves managing the payroll system, processing and tracking employee paychecks, managing benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan & Private Insurance), and ensuring compliance with relevant tax (PPh21) and labor laws.
Maintaining employee records: You would be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all employees, including their personal information, benefits, and compensation details.
Handling employee inquiries: You would be responsible for answering employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Ensuring compliance: You would be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently
* Provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll and other related reports
* Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 are processed efficiently
* Perform the effectiveness of end-to-end work processes associated with payroll & all benefit
* Resolving payroll discrepancies
* Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan
* At least 2 years of overall experience in end-to-end Payroll processes
* Experienced in using HRIS program related to Payroll
* Ability to handle confidential information

- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di admin Gudang bidang F&B/Hospitality
- Mampu bekerja dengan tim
- Teliti, rajin, jujur, dan amanah
- Memahami atau ingin belajar menggunakan sistem yang digunakan di tempat kerja
- Disiplin dan mampu memahami serta mendengarkan atasan
- Penempatan di kota Bandung ( Eastern Group & Izakaya )
