2. We are looking for Administration Staff
 
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support administration documents (payroll documents, recruitment documents, etc.)
- Help manage the recruitment process.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Support any administration task as needed in an accurate and concise manner
 
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, fast-learner, and self-confident
- Good knowledge about recruitment and personnel administration will be preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and an ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- A team player is flexible, creative, and enjoys working with people.
- Flexible working hours and the ability to work under pressure
